My wife, Carmela and I were inspired by our recent trip to Spain, where we discovered the magic of freshly made churros paired with velvety hot chocolate. Our idea was also influenced by Carmela’s Mexican heritage, these churros evoke Carmela’s childhood memories of enjoying them fresh from the local Churrero in her hometown. As the proud owners of Kaladi’s Coffee Bar for 24 years, we, Tony and Carmela, have been passionate about creating this cozy space where people can connect over exceptional coffee and flavorful bites. With Corner Churro Cafe, we’re excited to expand on that passion by offering both, Spanish style churros, crispy, golden, perfect for dipping and Mexican style churros coated with cinnamon and sugar. Our menu showcases the best of both styles with freshly made churros, decadent dipping sauces, creative toppings and expertly brewed coffee and espresso drinks.
